If you are experiencing medical hair loss due to cancer or alopecia and are looking for a wig, please feel free to request a free wig. Fill out our questionnaire to get started and one of our Cranial Prosthesis Specialists will reach out to you.

To become a beacon of hope and resource for women suffering from hair loss, we aim to restore confidence, self-esteem, and enhance the quality of life. Empowering the survivor by bridging the gap of opportunity, choices, and inner peace. With your help, we donate high-quality wigs to cancer patients and survivors based on the number of wig donations we receive each month.

Our organization is always looking for wig donations. If you're looking to donate a gently used or new wig, you've come to the right place. We'll work with you and make sure we find someone who can put your gift to work.

ABOUT GLH FOUNDATION

GLH Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Kannapolis, NC, founded by April Hill in honor of her late mother Gwenevere Lenora Hill.

In 2012 April's mother passed away from cancer. During her battle all April wanted to do was be there for her and put a smile on her face during that difficult time. She remembered the day she was combing her mother's hair and it was falling out due to the chemo and radiation. April installed a custom wig that mother absolutely loved! April created this foundation for women batting with cancer, cancer survivors, alopecia, or any other medical conditions causing hair loss the opportunity to get a medical wig for FREE. Those who qualify for a Cranial prosthesis (medical wig) but are unable to afford the out of pocket costs can receive a FREE wig!
